A pricing figure looks wrong
This is the message we most want to receive. Include the page URL and the model, and ideally a link to the provider's current pricing page. We check it, fix the figure, and update the check date on the page.
A calculator gives an odd result
Send the inputs you used along with the page. Most reports of this kind turn out to be either a genuine bug or an assumption we failed to state clearly, and both are worth fixing.
A provider or model is missing
Tell us which one. Coverage is driven by what people actually ask about, so requests carry real weight in what gets added next.
Press, licensing or reuse
Happy to discuss citing the calculators or the underlying approach. Say what you are working on and what you need.
What this address is not for
We cannot give commercial advice on your specific architecture, negotiate with a provider on your behalf, or access your account or billing with any AI vendor. For anything touching your account, go to the provider directly.
Response time
This is an independent project run alongside other work, so replies are usually within a few days rather than the same hour. Reports of a wrong number get priority over everything else.
